CASHSHIELD LEGAL

Terms of Service

Effective September 11, 2026

CashShield is a planning tool. It is not a bank, financial adviser, lender, accountant, or credit-repair service. Forecasts and classifications may be incomplete or incorrect. Verify balances, due dates, and payments with the relevant institution before making a financial decision.

Operator, eligibility, and agreement

CashShield is a financial-planning platform operated by Xmbroider LLC. You must be at least 18, reside in the United States, and have legal capacity to use CashShield. By creating an account or using the service, you enter into an agreement with Xmbroider LLC and agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

Your account and household

Provide accurate information, protect your credentials and verification methods, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. Household owners are responsible for invitations, membership, and subscription decisions. Members can view household financial and planning information, so invite only people you trust.

Connected accounts

When you connect an institution, you authorize CashShield and Plaid to access and process supported account information to provide the service. Your use of Plaid is also subject to Plaid’s applicable end-user terms and privacy notice. You represent that you have authority to connect each account. Connections may be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, or discontinued by an institution or provider.

Receipts and automated results

Receipt extraction uses automated systems and may misread merchants, dates, totals, products, quantities, or prices. You must review results before saving. Do not upload receipts you are not authorized to process or images containing information unnecessary for cash-flow planning.

Plans, billing, and cancellation

Free plan limits are displayed in the service. Premium currently costs $2.99 per household each month and renews automatically until canceled. The household owner can cancel through the billing portal. Premium remains active through the end of the paid period. Fees are generally non-refundable except when required by law. We may change prices or limits prospectively after reasonable notice.

“Unlimited” early-access features are subject to reasonable technical, security, and abuse-prevention controls. Automated bank updates depend on provider and institution availability and are not guaranteed on demand.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse CashShield, probe or bypass security or usage limits, access another household without permission, upload unlawful or malicious material, automate abusive requests, reverse engineer protected portions of the service, or use the service in violation of law or third-party rights.

Availability and changes

CashShield is an evolving service. Features may change, experience interruptions, or contain errors. We may suspend access to protect users, providers, or the service; comply with law; address nonpayment; or investigate misuse. We may discontinue the service with reasonable notice when practical.

Third-party services

Plaid, Google, Stripe, Resend, institutions, and other providers operate under their own terms. CashShield is not responsible for their independent services, outages, decisions, or content.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, CashShield is provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. To the extent permitted by law, CashShield will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, or losses caused by relying on a forecast, delayed data, or an automated extraction. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.

Termination and governing law

You may stop using CashShield and request deletion. We may terminate or suspend access for material violations, fraud, security risk, legal requirements, or discontinuation. These Terms are governed by Rhode Island law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes may be brought in courts with jurisdiction in Rhode Island unless applicable law requires otherwise.
